Commissioner Mark Millsap

Commissioner Mark J. Millsap was appointed by the 31st Circuit Court, en Banc, as Family Court Commissioner for Greene County Circuit Court, Family Court Division III, on November 23, 2020, effective February 1, 2021. Prior to taking the bench, Commissioner Millsap was a partner in the Springfield, Missouri law firm of Baird Lightner Millsap, PC., where he practiced family law for over thirty (30) years, in both trial and appellate courts in southwest Missouri. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, magna cum laude, and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, with distinction.
