Filing A Mechanic's Lien

The form can be found here or at the Circuit Clerk's office. You must write or attach the legal description of the subject property to the form. The legal description can be obtained at the Greene County Recorder of Deeds office. Sign your Mechanic's Lien petition in front of a Notary Public before submitting it to the Circuit Clerk's office. There is a $5 filing fee.

The subject property must be located in Greene County to file. You may only file once in relation to the work that was performed. Mechanic's Liens are unrelated to situations where work is performed on automobiles.

Compliance
Document that is issued by court for reinstatement of license when license has been suspended For failure to appear or failure to pay. Newer Cases:
Civil and Domestic cases filed from 2008 to the present;
Criminal and Traffic cases filed from 2006 to the present. Older Cases:
Civil and Domestic cases filed before 2008;
Criminal and Traffic cases filed before 2006.
