The Court Administrator is appointed by the Court En Banc and serves under the direct supervision of the Presiding Judge. Normal duties are Budget preparation and execution; advising the Court on best practices; working on special projects; providing supervision of Court Bailiffs; and acting as a liaison between the Court and county, municipal and state organizations.

Kylie Young was appointed to serve as the Court Administrator for Greene County in January 2018. Prior to her employment, she worked at the Office of the State Court's Administrator for 24 years. During her tenure she worked on the development of the statewide case management system, managed teams assigned to deploy the case management system statewide, completed electronic interfaces with state agencies, and assisted in the statewide implementation of the eFiling project. She obtained a B.S. at the University of Missouri majoring in Forestry. She is certified Court Manager with the National Center for State Courts, Williamsburg, Virginia. NCSC has certified her as faculty for Fundamental Issues in Caseflow Management. She is currently a member of the Implementation Planning Task Team.
