Judge DAN WICHMER

Judge Wichmer graduated from Truman State University with a BA and was awarded a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is licensed to practice in Missouri, United States District Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. He served as a law clerk to the Missouri Supreme Court Judge John C. Holstein, and a is member of the Order of Barristers. Judge Wichmer was a Member of LathropGPM LLP, served as City Attorney for the cities of Springfield and Branson, and later served as Executive Director for Legal Services of Southern Missouri. Judge Wichmer was appointed Circuit Judge by Governor Mike Parson in January 2023.
